Meet Our Women!

Rhiannon Walton

Co-Founder & Exercise Physiologist

My name is Rhiannon Walton, I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. I graduated from the University of Sydney in 2013, and have loved building my career and passion as an exercise physiologist ever since.

I created my business Conveniently Active focusing on providing exercise for many people living with chronic health conditions. And then decided  to also create Women’s Movement Exercise Physiology with my colleague, Tresna, focusing on all things WOMEN’S HEALTH.

I love working with women to provide education, empowerment and guidance. My particular areas of interest within women’s health is: endometriosis management, all things pregnancy, PCOS, women’s cancers, menopause and mental health. I love to see how individualised exercise programs can improve the life of so many women.

I am a mum myself. And after having my first child, I experienced abdominal complications. From here I have gained increased empathy and understanding for women coming into my clinic. It also gave me the motivation to learn more and more to help not only myself, but to my fabulous clients going through similar struggles.

I like to help women improve their health with exercise and to take away the fear!

Outside of work, my favourite things to do are spend time with my family, be outdoors, go for long walks, lift weights and I do love to get pampered with a massage!!!

Tresna Browne

Co-Founder & Exercise Physiologist

Hey everyone! I’m Tresna and like Rhiannon, I’m also an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

I went into this career path as it combined my love of exercise, health and being with people.

I graduated in 2018 and since then have worked in both hospital and private practice.

I’ve worked with a wide range of conditions and clients however, I have always held a strong interest and fascination for women’s health and being able to support women to use exercise as a tool to help manage their situations. I have particular interests in both pre and post-natal stages, pelvic floor function, PCOS, and women’s cancers including breast, ovarian, and cervical.

As for most of us, I too am trying to work, socialise, spend time with my son, have the home cooked dinners, keep the washing in the drawers and not on our dining table, and remember when I need to leave early to get fuel.

Outside of this, I enjoy being with friends and family, being active, spending time outdoors, and attempting different forms of art!

Living a busy life and trying to manage the work, family, personal juggle is challenging. Which brings us to Women’s Movement Exercise Physiology.

Rhiannon and I wanted to create a space with lots of resources to educate women on their conditions and provide supportive individual consultations to allow women to understand and implement movement in their life to benefit their situation.

We are so excited to have you here and hope we can provide you with some useful information to help your journey!

We Can't Wait To Help!

There is a lot of stigma associated with a lot of Women’s Health topics, and we hope to help break these stigmas and talk openly about these areas. We are here to empower Women to look after themselves and to take control over their health and wellbeing.
