About Women’s Movement
Welcome to Women's Movement Exercise Physiology!

Women’s Movement is run by women for women; we are providing you with specialised exercise advice from minor to complex women’s health issues. We see the huge benefits that exercise provides to women living with a wide range of women’s health conditions. We are able to tailor exercise prescription and education to suit your specific goals and needs. As exercise physiologists, we have undergone 4 years of studies at University, followed by continued professional development in the women’s health space. And not only do we have the knowledge and the expertise, but we promise that when you see us at Women’s Movement that we will listen to you, and you will be heard.
Women's Movement has been created to provide accessible exercise services for women who are experiencing:
- Pregnancy: before, during and post-partum
- PCOS
- Endometriosis
- Menopause
- Mental health
- Women's Cancers
Women's Movement will be providing a range of services including:
- One-on-one consultations (in person and online)
- Group exercise classes
- Workshops, webinars and seminars
