For too long people have avoided talking about Menopause like it is a taboo topic. We are here to provide a safe space for people to learn more about Menopause and how to better manage symptoms.
Dietitian, Nicole Saliba from Eatsense is one of Central Coat’s leading dietitians. Nicole has a special interest in women’s health, and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to providing nutrition advice to women going through Menopause and postmenopause.
Exercise Physiologists, Rhiannon Walton and Tresna O’Brien from Women’s Movement Exercise Physiology and Conveniently Active are super passionate about all this women’s health. They have dedicated a lot of time and passion around exercise education and exercise prescription to women going through all stages of menopause including perimenopase and post-menopause. They are very knowledgeable in this space and they are looking forward to empowering women to improve their health and wellbeing during all stages of life.
