Dahlia Pelvic Physio is a pelvic health clinic for women on the Central Coast, NSW to feel safe and supported on their health journey.
Sophia is the principal physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the pelvic health field however, in more recent years her special areas of interest has been working with those experiencing pelvic pain conditions such as Endometriosis and Vaginismus which led to the creation of Dahlia Pelvic Physio. Sophia has a number of years’ experience working in both hospital and sports settings which has given her a sound knowledge of pre-existing medical conditions and injuries. Her kind and calming nature allows patients to feel at ease quickly as she listens to their story, understanding that each person has had a unique journey with their particular condition. She provides treatment and management strategies that are based on the most current evidence in the field whilst taking a holistic approach to each individual.

Located in a beautiful space at The Entrance, our resident Women’s Health Physiotherapist Selena has a wealth of experience and specialised training specific to the pelvic floor health, pre/postnatal care, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and menopause.
Selena is committed to helping you understand and manage the pelvic health issues you are facing, so you can live your life without limitations. Selena I’ll work with your exercise physiologist to achieve your goals!

Women’s health physiotherapy covers a variety of pain and issues associates with the pelvic floor muscles, pelvis and abdominal region in women as well as the treatment for mastitis in breastfeeding mothers. These issues can be present at a variety of life stages for women and can sometimes impact on day to day living.
All our staff at Physiozest have a passion for helping women. We currently have three women’s health physiotherapists and a physio trained in exercise and pain management for pregnancy. We also have two remedial massage therapists that offer pregnancy massage
